Assessment centre with video recording
Every assessment is recorded. You watch the candidate work instead of having to trust a certificate – and you can still watch long after the casting is over.
Sourcing, screening, casting, visa, authorities. You hold the interview – we do the rest.
From €5,000 per placement · payable only on success
The difference to the platform isn't a feature list – it's the division of labour: here the process sits with us, not with you.
We search a database of more than 68,000 profiles, check qualifications and experience, and present only candidates who fit.
Documents, applications, deadlines and follow-up – including the advance approval where it speeds up the procedure.
On request, a casting with a practical test in the region – you watch the person work before you commit.
Every step of the process is documented and visible – without you having to chase anyone.
The price gap to the platform is hard to argue and easy to show. These recordings come from real castings – not marketing footage, but the process itself.
Every assessment is recorded. You watch the candidate work instead of having to trust a certificate – and you can still watch long after the casting is over.
A casting of this scale is the reason the right candidate ends up in front of you – rather than the first available profile from a database.
Five days of casting in Tuzla. That is the work the fee pays for – and the work you would do yourself on the platform.
How a casting actually runs – from registration through the practical test to the contract. No gloss.
For practitioner occupations, a certificate says little. Whether someone lays a clean weld or finds a fault on a vehicle only becomes visible when they do it. That is what the casting with a practical test is for – and it is exactly the item the platform does not include. Via CandidateForce you pay €490 a month and run the selection yourself; here you pay from €5,000 per placement and get the selection evidenced.
Realistic figures instead of promises: much of the time goes on authority procedures that nobody can accelerate – but everybody can prepare properly.
The visa in principle requires the approval of Germany's Federal Employment Agency. If the whole procedure runs through the embassy, you as the employer usually don't have to act at all – but it costs time. With the advance approval (Vorabzustimmung) the procedure can be shortened. And since the annual quota was last exhausted in early December, that time saving is not a detail.

The difference isn't "expensive versus cheap" – it's per placement versus flat fee. The agency charges per successful hire; five hires mean five fees. The platform costs €490 a month whether you hire one person or fifteen, and you see the entire candidate pool instead of a pre-selection. If you have recruiters and know the visa process, the platform gets you more candidates for less money. Full service earns its keep where that capacity is missing – not where hiring volume is high.
A placement agency for workers from abroad relieves employers of two things: the search and the procedure. The search means screening qualifications, experience and language level; the procedure means visa, residence title, the Western Balkans Regulation where applicable – and the deadlines attached to all of it. Balkan Recruiters charges success-based from €5,000 per placement on the German market: costs arise only when a placement actually happens.
Sourcing draws on a database of more than 68,000 vetted candidate profiles across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro – typically for electrical work, transport and logistics, metalworking, vehicle repair, IT, engineering, industry and construction. If you'd rather run the process yourself, the same candidate markets are open via the CandidateForce platform; the side-by-side comparison shows which route is cheaper in your situation.
