2. Principle

This website is purely an information and comparison service. There is no user account, no registration and no tracking for advertising purposes. We use neither analytics cookies nor marketing pixels. A cookie banner is therefore not required – there is nothing to consent to.

3. Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits and that is technically necessary to deliver the page and ensure its stability and security:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of the request
• Page or file requested
• Referrer URL
• Browser type, browser version and operating system
• Amount of data transferred and HTTP status code

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free operation and the security of the website). This data is not merged with other data sources. The log files are deleted after a short period.

4. System fonts

This website uses only system fonts already available on your device. No font files are loaded from third parties and no data is transmitted to external services for this purpose.

5. YouTube videos (casting recordings)

The agency page embeds videos hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Loading the page opens no connection to YouTube: you initially see only a still image served from our own server. No cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google.

Only when you click a video is the YouTube player loaded. From that moment YouTube receives your IP address and further browser data and may set cookies; if you are signed in to Google, the request can be linked to your account. A transfer to third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out. We embed the videos in youtube-nocookie.com mode.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by clicking the video. As long as you do not click, no processing by YouTube takes place. Further information: Google's privacy policy.

6. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This website sets no cookies. No analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo) and no advertising or social media pixels are used. The comparison calculator on this site runs entirely locally in your browser: your inputs are neither stored nor transmitted to a server.

7. External links

This website links to the offers balkanrecruiters.de and candidateforce.de as well as to websites of public authorities and third parties. If you follow such a link, you leave this website. Only the operators of the target sites are responsible for data processing there; their privacy policies apply. We have no influence over what data is collected there.

8. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, your details are processed in order to handle the enquiry and for the event of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We do not pass this data on without your consent. It is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.

9. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as a right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). To do so, please contact the address given above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

10. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar switching from "http://" to "https://". When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

11. Changes to this policy

We adapt this privacy policy as soon as changes to the website or the legal situation make it necessary. The version published on this page applies in each case.
